This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which donations and other payments may be refunded.

1. Donations

All donations made to Angel's Gift of Life, Inc. are considered final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• A donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction).
• A donor's payment information was used fraudulently.
• A refund is required by law.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
